How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

If your download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open, or you bought the same guide twice by mistake, email adonis.manzano@guidebased.com and we’ll fix it or refund the duplicate.
